NoiseGard professional – maximum flexibility and safety

The NoiseGard professional system is the premium solution for projects with high requirements. It can be planned in different heights and is ideal for large-scale applications—from industrial facilities to events. Thanks to variable lengths, areas can be completely converted and customized.

In practice, NoiseGard professional is mostly used for walls five meters high or more—wherever the highest demands on sound insulation, safety, and flexibility exist.

Technical details

Doors and passageways

• Electric sliding gate with a minimum width of 7.50 m and a height of 5.00 m

• Escape doors (the distance should be approximately 30 m)

The ground must be leveled and made load-bearing on site. No further foundation work is necessary!

NoiseGard eco – efficient solution up to 5 meters high

The NoiseGard eco system is a robust and economical alternative for temporary noise protection measures up to a height of 5.00 meters.

System details:

• Infill according to acoustic requirements
• Substrate preparation on site (ground compaction according to structural engineer's specifications)
• Fastening of posts using concrete blocks (separate planning)
• Corner and angle configurations possible by arrangement
• Standard version made of precast concrete elements, hot-dip galvanized steel posts, and untreated aluminum elements with sound absorption on one side
• Easily expandable and adaptable
• Individually customizable wall surfaces as desired

Customized solutions

Whether NoiseGard professional or NoiseGard eco—both systems can be adapted to your specific acoustic and visual requirements. Highly absorbent elements are available on one or both sides, as well as purely reflective variants that can also be used as privacy screens without an acoustic function.

On request, our sound insulation systems can be rented or purchased – for maximum flexibility in project implementation.
